I’m a Speech & Language Therapist offering primarily somatic work, drawn to the quiet intelligence of the body and the ways it holds our stories.
My practice is neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming. I value authenticity, move gently with complexity, and respect the diverse & valid ways people experience and make sense of the world.
I aim to create a space where people feel safe to be themselves, to explore things at their own pace, and to be met with openness, acceptance and curiosity.
I find meaning in nature, in poetry, and in the small rituals that make the everyday feel richer and more connected. I trust that life is unfolding for us—and that even our hardest moments can open pathways toward insight, growth and change.
I enjoy working in the quiet, in-between spaces—before everything makes sense, when something new is just starting to form.
I work intuitively, noticing images, sensations, and subtle impressions that arise, and listening for what they might be pointing toward.
My approach is grounded & body-based, with a deep respect for the body’s natural movement toward healing and wholeness.
I work with children, teenagers, and adults, especially people who have felt different, or who have learned to hide or suppress parts of themselves in order to fit in or feel accepted.
I know how tiring it can be to carry things alone, and how vulnerable it can feel to start showing up more fully as yourself.
I value authenticity and courage over fitting in, while also recognising how challenging it can be to unlearn messages about who we’re "meant" to be, and to question stories that were never truly ours.
My work centres on nervous system regulation—building awareness of what’s happening in your body and gradually supporting greater safety and ease. This isn’t about changing who you are, but about having more space, flexibility, and choice in how you respond to life.
