.b Mindfulness Course - This course is a 10-lesson curriculum for 11-18 year olds, designed by the Mindfulness in Schools Project, to introduce mindfulness as a life skill.
TRE - Tension & Trauma Release Exercises gently activates the body’s natural shaking reflex to release tension and calm the nervous system.
SRR -Somatic Resilience and Regulation was developed by Dr Kathy Kain & Dr Stephen Terrell. It focuses on rebuilding developmental platforms through regulation.
