What is Nervous System Healing?

My primary focus is helping people to improve their overall regulation.

I support your nervous system to move out of chronic survival states like fight, flight, freeze, or fawn into a place of greater ease.

When we’re stuck in survival physiology, engaging with life and others can feel overwhelming & exhausting.

As regulation improves, there’s often a natural shift toward:

• More ease & less reactivity
Better communication & processing
• Improved emotional resilience
• Greater self-acceptance
• A deeper sense of wellbeing

I’m a qualified Speech and Language Therapist who works primarily using a somatic, body-based approach. I help clients feel more at ease, improve their communication, and navigate life with greater confidence by supporting overall nervous system regulation. I have particular experience supporting people with ADHD, Autism, and Neurodiversity, helping you build strategies that work for your unique brain and body.
