What We offer
Join live events that deepen your understanding of somatic practices and offer meaningful connection. I host information days on somatic therapies, networking gatherings for practitioners, and restorative retreats that support learning, community, and embodied wellbeing.
This one-day experiential workshop offers an introduction to the principles and practice of NeuroAffective Touch®. Through skill-building, teaching, a live demo, a panel discussion, participants will explore how touch supports the nervous system.
The workshop will take place at the Marino Institute of Education, Dublin on Saturday, April 18th, 2026.
It is open to therapists, healers, bodyworkers, and anyone interested in relational and trauma-informed healing.

This three-day women’s retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself — to your breathe, your body, and your inner knowing. Through gentle somatic practices, ritual, dance and deep rest, you’ll be supported to regulate your nervous system, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with your embodied power. Held in a peaceful supportive setting, this is a space to soften, remember, and belong fully to who you are — without masks, without rushing, without noise.

Teach Me Something is a monthly evening gathering for therapists, healers, and bodyworkers. Our focus is on learning together, sharing ideas outside the mainstream, and building a real sense of community.
Most events are held online, with two in-person gatherings per year.
Events include guest speakers, practitioner presentations, somatic skill-building, and opportunities for connection & conversation.
All therapists and healers interested in learning & community are warmly welcome.

Reach out to enquire about working together. I’ll send you key information about my approach and what to expect so you can get a clear sense of whether this feels like the right support for you.
We’ll have a free 20-minute call to explore your needs and answer any questions. If my approach resonates, I’ll send you an intake form to complete and return before our first session
In this 90-minute session (€120), we begin by briefly discussing your intake form. From there, we move into a somatic-focused session so you can experience the work directly. This gives clients a chance to experience somatic work & determine together if it fits your current needs.
Therapy continues in a block of six sessions (€390), held at the same time and day each week. Ongoing work is recommended to support deeper regulation and embodiment, with breaks between blocks encouraged to allow for rest and integration.
Live events include one-day workshops, multi-day retreats, and in-person networking events. Each offering supports embodied learning, nervous-system regulation, and meaningful connection, with space for reflection & integration.
No prior experience is required. Events are accessible and trauma-aware, with clear guidance, choice, and pacing throughout. You’re welcome to participate in ways that feel supportive and safe for your body and nervous system.
Dietary requirements are collected at the time of ticket purchase. Where food is provided, we accommodate common dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. If you have specific allergies, intolerances, or complex dietary needs, please let us know in advance.
All events are inclusive and welcoming of all genders and identities. We also aim to support participants with sensory sensitivities, neurodiverse needs, or physical accessibility requirements.
If you require any accommodations or have specific needs, please contact us ahead of time so we can ensure your experience is comfortable and supportive.
Before the event, you’ll receive an email with practical details, including the schedule, directions to the venue, what to bring, and accessibility information. This is sent in advance so you can arrive feeling informed, prepared, and at ease.
