The Body as Temple is a four-part course series designed to help you develop a relationship with four essential body systems: Endocrine, Cardiovascular, Lymphatic & Digestion.
Each 6-week module focuses on one body system, inviting you to listen and care for it as a close friend. Through movement practices, regulation work & journaling you’ll explore what the system needs and how it expresses itself. The body emerges as a wise companion, deepening your awareness of its intelligence and your own inner experience.

Regulate to Create: This 6-week course blends the hands-on creativity of zine-making with somatic practices that support regulation.. Through guided exercises, prompts, and embodied reflection, you’ll cultivate calm, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a personal zine that captures your journey and a toolkit of regulation practices to carry forward.

This year-long program weaves together psychoeducation and somatic regulation to help you understand your nervous system with clarity and compassion.
Across the year, you’ll explore practices that support focus, emotional steadiness, and sustainable energy—while honouring the creativity and intuition that often come with ADHD.
You’ll leave with a personalised toolkit of embodied strategies and a deeper sense of agency, helping you move through daily life with more steadiness and ease.

In this 90-minute session (€120), we begin by briefly discussing your intake form. From there, we move into a somatic-focused session so you can experience the work directly and begin building a felt sense of safety and connection in the body.
Therapy continues in a block of six sessions (€390), held at the same time and day each week. Ongoing work is recommended to support deeper regulation and embodiment, with breaks between blocks encouraged to allow for rest and integration.

Each week includes a 2.5-hour live Zoom class combining teaching, guided somatic practices, and group co-regulation.
You’ll also have the option to complete a weekly one-hour exchange with a practice partner (another program participant) to support reflection and integration.
I offer two year-long courses -: 'Body as Temple' and 'ADHD – Mind Body Reset'.
Each program consists of four six-week modules delivered online over 12 months. This slower rhythm allows time for learning, practice, and integration, supporting sustainable change.
No prior experience is required—just an interest in learning somatic tools for personal or professional use.
All offerings are accessible and trauma-aware, with guided practices that emphasize choice and nervous-system safety. You’re encouraged to engage in ways that feel supportive for your body.
After registration, you’ll receive a Zoom link by email before the module begins.
The same link is used for all sessions within the six-week module and is for registered participants only.
You'll also receive information on how to use Zoom if you haven't used it before.
To protect privacy, sessions are not recorded, except for the regulation practice at the end of each class. This is recorded audio-only. These audio recordings will be shared with participants for their personal use only. They can be used for optional home practice between sessions or after the course.
